φ is in public alpha for macOS, Windows, and Linux — the Mac build native on Apple Silicon and Intel, signed and notarized by Apple. No account needed, and your words always stay on your machine, in files you own.
Windows is unsigned for now — on the SmartScreen prompt, choose “More info → Run anyway”.
